Counseling
Senior and Junior Counselors
Without a doubt the most challenging (and most rewarding) position on camp, counselors live and work directly with campers. Counselors are essentially parents to a small group of children for their week at camp. If you want to learn how to effectively lead campers, this job is for you. (AGES 17+)
Program
Program Specialists and
Waterfront Staff
Program staff gain a broader understanding of the operation of camp. They work with campers, but for limited time periods. Program staff teach or oversee our program areas and assist with evening programs and camp-outs. (AGES 21+)

Support
Infirmary, Staff Center,
Office, and Dining Hall
Definitely the backbone of camp, support staff keep us safe and healthy (physically, mentally, & spiritually). If you are looking for a ministry at camp, but prefer to work behind the scenes, support positions may be for you.
Leadership
Head Counselor, Lead Counselors,
Activites Director & Waterfront Director
The main role of leadership is to equip staff to carry out the mission through teaching and coaching, modeling desired behavior, and overseeing the implementation of the camp program. Past camp experience and maturity is a must. A great job for learning effective supervision. (AGES 21+)
